Gourav Goel, Level-3 student from the Fashion Design course at Pearl Academy, wins the 8th edition of Wills Lifestyle hosts ‘The Debut’. The triumph also brought to Gourav a sponsored trip to UK for a befitting course at the London School of Fashion.
“For my Wills collection, I was inspired by motion and youth. I incorporated the comfort of sportswear to become a part of current trends. The thought was to prepare a practical and fashionable line. The fabric used in the line was organic and the entire collection was hand-made.” explained exhilarated Gourav about his creation after winning India’s most coveted contest for budding fashion designers.

Apart from Gourav Goel, 6 Pearlites from Noida, New Delhi, Jaipur and Chennai campuses made it to the finale – Bhumika Bhagchandani, Mehandee Dureja, Nisha Takker, Saumya Singh, Dheeraj Kumar and Gaurav Prajapati. Also, Mehandee Prajapati and Gaurav Prajapati were chosen as the grand-finalists along with Gourav Goel.
