If you have interest in historical buildings, you must have heard about Zafar Mahal, Mehrauli, Delhi. This structure built by Mughals was the last one raised by them and was acting as the royal palace for Mughals during the Urs of Hz. Bakhtiyar Kaki.
But what makes Zafar Mahal more interesting for Pearlites are the immense possibilities related to space design. Our students from level-2 of Interior Architecture and Design (IAD) course did a short design assignment on the same with the theme – Zafar Mahal ‘The New Lease Of Life’. The results were undoubtedly amazing with some interesting space design plans.
In association with Indian National Trust For Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH), Delhi, the hard work of students was put up on the walls of INTACH Building. The exhibition which was open for the public was inaugurated by INTACH Chairman Maj. Gen. Gupta.
