You’re a working woman, and you love your parties, your precious sleep and want to look different and fresh when you’re back at work next morning. If anyone thinks that’s a lot to ask for, we think otherwise. Through this post, we share with you a few tricks that will change your look every day. All you need is a few bobby pins that will nestle your hair. It’s time to get a little more creative with the regular ponytail.

Retro Mondays

One thing is for sure – you’re going to be the only one wearing this classic pinup look. It’s not difficult, but it’s not the one that comes to our mind first thing in the morning. Side-part your hair, roll the right side in or let it rest gently, and use coloured bobby pins to hold your hair. Now roll up your hair in a loose bun and you’re good to go! This style is definitely simple, smart and girly. A dash of red lipstick will make sure you’re one the one giving Monday it’s blues.

Pompadour Tuesdays

Of course, you had to celebrate the closure of yet another Monday, and Tuesday could start off in a hurry. Let’s keep it simple here. Pick a fringe section in your crown area, and pull it back loosely to create a pompadour with volume. Cross two-three bobby pins to secure your hair you’ve backcombed behind.

Midway Wednesdays

Just like the week that’s halfway down with two more days yet to go, the half up-half down hairdo is about being somewhere at the center  of optimism. This is a super quick and simple way of looking effortlessly pretty. You could either choose to part your hair sideways or you could take a half ponytail – whatever you like most. Take a pick. Works best for short as well as long hair.

Top-knot Thursdays

As you’re nearing the weekend, let’s get the messy look on. This top-knot bun is everything and trendy. If you have an oval face, you should totally go for it. Divide your hair into three sections, tuck the first two sections into a ponytail holder and pin the last one around with the first two. Don’t forget to weave it right on top.

Sideways Fridays

When you step into your workplace you’ll be ready for the day and by evening, you’ll be all set for the party. The sideways ponytail works well on a Friday as it takes you from the day look into night without much effort. Later in the evening, you can choose to let your hair down completely or leave it resting on your shoulder like it did all day.
