I believe this can be addressed by training the leaders of tomorrow, today. It is encouraging to see platforms like Creative Career Conclave, which brings together parents and students to address their concerns about what lies ahead after pursuing a course in a creative field. These professionals will be responsible for forging ahead with fresh perspective for tomorrow which will eventually shape the way we think about design.”

Speaking about the workshop, Ms. Bulbul Chaudhary, Director, Pearl Academy-Mumbai campus, said, “Creative Career Conclave is an interactive session which looks at addressing the queries that parents and students may have about the future they can look forward to, after pursuing a creative course. The speakers at our conclave are those people who have established themselves in the industry and have the first-hand knowledge of the ground realities. Parents and students are receptive to the views of these practitioners as the audience get to know the real experiences from them. It reassures the parents that the creative industries are a promising option for their children and they need not to worry if their children choose to pursue a career in the same.”

Pearl Academy has completed two decades of empowering creative minds. Each of the esteemed personalities addressed the students, giving insights into prolific ways to use their innovative bent of mind. The conclave was well received by all the participants who expressed their interest in future conclave and interactive platforms of similar nature.
